I do not have an exhibition scheduled. I do not have a contract with a gallery. But I do have a lead on a gallery which may be interested. Because this will be the first project of this type, the project must be completed before the exhibition lead can be pursued.
The exhibitor may require that all canvasses be gathered together for a temporary installation before approving an exhibition. In this case, the project lead will be responsible for the installation and the storage of the project until storage is taken over by a gallery or collector.
Until gathering the canvasses is required, the collaborating painters will will be asked to store their completed canvasses.
